ICGS Internet Meeting
We have Larry as a guest, Jane Ingram, Helene Bethke, Mark Perry, Neil Giffey, Peggy Perry, Ron Stacey- a new member,
Roberta Miller, Sue-guest, and Michael Jones (members entered and left the chat-room as the meeting progressed)
Greetings and chatting were exchanged.
Peggy starts the meeting & welcomes everyone.
Minutes & treasury report from last month was given.
Neil approved, Jane 2nd.
One member reply via postal with vote for all for elect officers. Peggy
Perry for President. Jane, Roberta, Neil vote YES.
Cheryl Schmitz for Vice President. Helene + 4 more yes votes.
Then we were all pinged out in turn. (forced exit from the chat room)
Helene Bethke for Secretary.
Mark Perry for publicity officer. Jane, Helene, Neil, Ron, and Peggy all vote Yes.
Elections were completed. All nominated officers were elected.
Cemeteries will be indexed and we will create an alphabetical index in Microsoft Access.
Total inscriptions will be included in the database (including verses). Timeline for this book is April, so we
have a new book for the Spring seminars.
Some statics such as books sold, money in the treasury, etc were discussed.
Comments of appreciation for the on-line meeting were expressed. As it would be a long trip to Wisconsin for the
Wednesday night meeting.
