Library Project
- received 2 more new boxes of periodicals with another on the way. We now have over 350 periodicals cataloged by author/title. Periodicals such as Everton's Genealogical Helper and NGS Quarterly.
- the Dodgeville Public Library librarian will work on getting a table back into the genealogy corner. She was not aware of any microforms printer fund. The library will furnish the magazine holders (cardboard box holders) and there will be an agreement written up to be signed.

We have until the end of January to apply for non-profit status. The cost should be $150. Motion by Neil G., 2nd by Kathy S. to apply for this status.

Our meetings will be on Thursday evenings in Dodgeville City Hall in February, March, and April due to a conflict with Peggy's schedule for Wednesday nights.

Officers are requested to write a small autobiography for the newsletter

Kathy S. and Cheryl S. will check with the courthouse to see if the county school records or probate index might have information sufficient for a project.
