Treasurer report was approved by Cheryl, 2nd by Neil
Cemetery Indexing Project: Eileen Arndt is working on indexing more cemteries near Barneveld
Probate Indexing Project: The case number will be on our index. The indexing is being done downstairs in the vault.
Cheryl and Kathy say it's very interesting and exciting reading. We are listing all of the heirs and witnesses
names also that appear in each record. If there is more than one spelling we are going wih the original document,
not the clerk's spelling version.
Library Project: Peggy reported that we received 3 more large boxes of publications in and some books too (including
some Who's Who in America)! Peggy is working on finishing indexing all of those boxes of publications that we have
already.
Past Newsletters: After a discussion, a motion was made to sell our past newsletters in increments of ONE year.
Motion by Kathy, 2nd by Cheryl. Prices are to be $10 for current non-members and $5 for current members. This price
includes the postage. Motion by Cheryl, 2nd by Kathy.
We send out an email notice (30) to our non-renewed members and already have received back 6 responses. Forgetfulness
seems to be a common trait among society members.
