Cemetery Indexing Project: Peggy presented a rough draft of book, decided that adding directions or a map to get
to each cemetery would be nice addition.
Probate Indexing & Library Indexing Project are holding.
Spring Seminar - Either Evertons or Heritage Quest could provide a ready
made all-day program.
Booth space was requested for a table at the Cornish Genealogy Seminar in Mineral Point in September. Motion by
Helene, 2nd by Peggy to have a 1/4 page ad in Cornish Genealogy Seminar syllabus for $10. Also decided to give
away a door prize of one years membership (for year 2000).
Helene will check into large format printing of reproducing old plat books. Some societies reprint old plat books
as fundraising. Also calendars with old photos are used for promotions.
We are planning to hold an additional meeting -on-the-internet in December. Some summaries of activities could
be presented along with a general chatting of members getting to talk.
