Treasurer and Secretary reports approved by consensus
Heritage Days - it didn't happen, the library had cake on Saturday and closed at its usual time of 1pm. The Dodgeville
library and ICGS plan to have a 'day' and newspaper release when our books/library are available in there.
Cemetery books - discussion of how long to hold books before giving to local libraries. Would this affect sales
of books? Discussion tabled for the next meeting.
Motion by Cheryl, 2nd by Helene to accept The Duties of Officers.

Carol Knigge, of Folkfinders Genealogy Bookstore (Richmond, Illinois), did not accept our registered letter we
mailed to her. We have not yet received our goods of $53.00 (since May).
Motion by Dawn, 2nd by Cheryl for Section 4 of By-Laws, regarding termination of membership, to go out for vote
to general membership.
Talked of forming a 'Sunshine Committee' to send cards to our members.
Town of Moscow book - 1901 History - (160 pages) is a project we want to work on. We plan to have 3 people (built
in proofreading system) index the places, businesses, photos, bios, and names.
East Side Cemetery-Dodgeville: We will publish this by sections. As there are about 12 physical divisions of the
cemetery with about 300 stones each. We'll check our other cemetery books and see how many stones we indexed in
those books.
