Projects:

• Library - 1 new book in: gift from a member with dedication request.
• Moscow book - Almost complete; 1st pass of formatting almost done
• Cemeteries - nothing new
• Resource Manual - nothing new
• Funeral cards - nothing new
• Probate - Cheryl has meeting with Probate dept on Aug 13
• Research - possibly some new requests to be completed
• Newsletter ideas:
  • Mark has found an article on cemeteries - a story that could be spread across multiple newsletters. Mark will contact the author for permission to reprint.
  • Add a Current News page for genealogy world info such as the demise of Everton's, etc
  • Add a Tips and Tricks page. We get several online newsletters with this type of information in it, we could glean from these (with permission) or add our own

Had a request from a member to reissue an ancestor certificate. Person requested cost estimate. It was determined that we would do this for ½ price ($5.00) which is about our cost for materials and postage.

ICGS would like to donate a book in memory of Peggy's mother (who died May 30, 2004). Kathy acted as spokesperson and requested that Peggy select the title.

Determined that we needed to purchase bookplates as we're starting to receive lots of donations for the library.

Received an invitation for a vending opportunity for the SW Cornish Festival to be held on Sep 25 in Mineral Point. Kathy will discuss this date with Cheryl and see if they would be able to do so.
