The Sesquicentennial certificate is for your direct descendant ancestor who was a resident 150 or more years ago. It's a beautiful parchment paper with brown design border. This has a background picture of the slag furnace as it stands today in Dodgeville. The cost for this certificate is $10.00. To print a copy of the instructions, application form, and descendant chart needed to apply for this certificate, click here

The Sequicentennial certificate was developed for the Iowa County Genealogical Society and is copyrighted. Authorization for it's use or likeness must be obtained in writing before using.
