BEACH/BEECH: I am searching for death date and burial of Curtis BEACH (or BEECH) who was living at Mineral Point, WI from 1838-time of death. Also need Sophia's maiden name, if possible. I believe they were married in New York before moving to Mineral Point, so I have no way to trace her! Thank you for any assistance. Thanks. DAVID, died 11 March 1912 in Wingville Township, Grant Co., Wisconsin.

have his grave location & inscription and any other information
available. I've also been hoping to find the grave of his wife/wives.
He was married to a Mary Ann who preceded him in death somtime after
1880. She may have been his second wife. If he had a first wife,
I don't know her name. They immigrated from Bohemia in 1855. Thanks,

is family lore. The HASTINGs were with thir daughter, Cornelia CHILD
and her husband, Temple CHILD. They left Lake and McHenry County,
Illinois after 1852. After being in Dodgeville, the rest of thefamily
went to Superior, Wisconsin before going on to Castlewood, Minnesota.

Swift (Oct 2006) JOHNS: I am looking for any information that
will help us in our research of Mary E.JOHNS. She was the wife of
James Willam SMITH. (The spelling of her name could also be JHNNS)
Mary was an orphaned Indian baby borne 1848 and was adopted by Mr.
and Mrs. Richard JHNNS. Richard married Susannah (?). I have reason
to believe that Mary also had a brother the family adopted also.

in Mifflin Wisconsin. The SMITH families all lived in or around
Iowa County. Gloria Peck

KELLY: My great grandfather James Henry KELLY and wife Rachael HUSK KELLY lived in Avaco and Dodge, Pulaski in Iowa Co. from 1850 and then in 1870 until 1880. Rachael moved to Sioux City Iowa with her son James Jr and daughters. I'm looking for info on daughter Sarah and the death of James. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Lois Kelly Dewey (Jul 2006) KRAMER: Looking for any information on Thomas and Mary KRAMER, who were born in Prussia and settled in Waldwick. He is listed in the 1860 Iowa County census as Thomas CRAMER, a farmer aged 36. They had 8 children between 1854 and 1873, who all went by KRAMER. They also appear in the 1880 census as living in Waldwick. One of their sons, William KRAMER, married Frances (Fannie) HIGGON, born in South Wales, and also lived in Waldwick. Her parents were William HIGGON and wife Elizabeth (LLEWELLIN) HIGGON, both from South Wales. Any information on these folks will be appreciated! Bill Eklund (Jul 2006) LAMBRICK / ROBERTS: In completeing the family genealogy, we are missing my departed wife's family. My wife's mother was Maude ROBERTS and she married Joseph Thomas LAMBRICK in 1917 or 1918 in Dodgeville. Maude was raised in Dodgeville that is now Dodge Park. In fact, Mr. LAMBRICK proposed to her at Cox Hollow. From information that we have heard, a number of Maude's family members died of scarlet fever (or some such disease) and Maude was taken in by her aunt and uncle on the farm. Maude's only brother I know of was Harlen ROBERTS. In early 1950, my wife and I went to Dodgeville to celebrate her uncle Tom's 80th birthday. Tom GRINFIELD (sp) who was a carpenter, had just completed building his own home somewhere near a large barn on a heavily traveled highway. Uncle Tom's daughter was Bernadine and she was first married to a Lloyd (last name unknown). Lloyd passed away and Bernadine married George BAILEY. They lived at 901 N. Bequette St. in Dodgeville and they wintered in SanJuan, TX. I have lost track of Bernadine and George. Bernardine and George had two children and I believe their names were Catherine and Tom. Having Maude's (my how she hated that name) background will give us a rather complete history that we can leave to our children concerning their heritage. Your assistance in the Dodgeville connection would be so much appreciated. Sincerely, Albert VanTieghem (Feb 2006) LAWLER: Looking for descendants of Dennis B Lawler b 1823 Ireland, d 1906 Brigham, Iowa Co . My grandfather was William Stephen PRIDEAUX born 8 May 1874 to 1880 in Mineral/Stephens Point, WI and died on 9/11 November 1946 possibly in Racine, WI. His father was William PRIDEAUX born 1846/7 in England (some census records state WI). He died abt 1875 in Wisconsin. He married Mary MILLER on 8 Jun 1872 in Iowa County, Wisconsin. Mary was born Mar 1851 in Wisconsin. I find her on the 1910 census, but not on the 1920. Mary's father's name is not known to me and her mother's given name was also Mary. Both parents were born in Hesse Darmstadt. Mary also had a brother named Jasper MILLER. Any information that you might have on these people would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Susan Prideaux Roberts. (Feb 2006) Pulaski Cabin: I have several pictures of the "cabin in Polaski" taken in 1920 and am wondering what it was, original town building, Mormon site, park? A family member mover there during that time and I am wondering why. Was there construction on roads or building, or possibly a family tie? P. Rose (Feb 2006) Pulaski Presbyterian Church: I am wondering if anyone might have an old photograph of the parsonage (no longer standing) for the Pulaski Presbyterian Church. A rural school stood next to it, and would appreciate a photo of the parsonage alone or the two together. My family had a connection with that church in the 1930's. Would be willing to reimburse for cost of copies. Thanks! Jan Olsen (Apr 2006) St Paul's Catholic Church Photos: I've made copies of several old St. Paul's Catholic Church photos. While I copied any identifying information that appeared on the back of them, I would like help identifying other people who are pictured.
